Refunds & Exchanges

At VSSL, we take great care in examining every product before it heads your way. We want you to love your candles, and while we can't accept returns or refunds for candles that have been used (they're meant to be enjoyed!), we've got you covered in case of any mishaps during shipping. Just shoot us an email at sales@vsslcandlesla.com within 7 days of receiving your order with some photos of the damage, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund for you.

If you change your mind or simply want a different candle of the same size and price, no worries! You have 14 days from your purchase date to make an exchange. Just remember, the candle must be unused and you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs.

And if, by any chance, your package takes a beating on its way to you, we totally understand. You can return your unused candles within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the candle purchase price (minus the shipping and handling fees).
